Targeting Rules
What are targeting rules?
Section titled “What are targeting rules?”Targeting rules are conditions that a visitor must meet before Behavora considers showing them a banner. If a visitor does not match the rules, the banner is skipped entirely — regardless of its priority or feature weights.
Available targeting rules
Section titled “Available targeting rules”Device type
Section titled “Device type”Limit a banner to specific device types:

| All devices | Show to everyone (default) |
| Desktop only | Show only to visitors on desktop or laptop computers |
| Mobile only | Show only to visitors on smartphones or tablets |
Page URL
Section titled “Page URL”Show a banner only on specific pages of your website. You can match by:
- Exact URL — e.g.,
https://yoursite.com/pricing - URL contains — e.g.,
/blog/to target all blog pages - URL starts with — e.g.,
/products/to target the product catalog
Session behavior thresholds
Section titled “Session behavior thresholds”Require a minimum level of engagement before the banner is eligible:

|---|---|
| Minimum page views | Show only after the visitor has viewed at least 3 pages |
| Minimum time on site | Show only after the visitor has been on the site for at least 30 seconds |
| Minimum scroll depth | Show only after the visitor has scrolled at least 50% down the page |
How multiple rules work
Section titled “How multiple rules work”When you set multiple targeting rules on a banner, all rules must match for the banner to be eligible. For example: “Desktop only” AND “URL contains /pricing” AND “at least 2 page views” — all three conditions must be true.
